Wellness massage is used to decrease stress, promote relaxation, and support the body's natural restorative mechanisms. Swedish techniques are primarily used in wellness massage.

Chair massage is massage given in a special chair. This can be performed at special events such as staff retreats, fundraisers, wellness fairs, farmers markets, group meetings, etc. and is a nice, easy, and relaxing introduction to massage.
Therapeutic Massage:
Health care massage addreses chronic soft-tissue holding patterns that contribute to dyscuntion , soft-tissue injury, or chronic pain
