Sustainable Design & Technology

Welcome to Vermont Tech's SDT Program Page:

This new 2+2 program provides an innovative cross-disciplinary bachelor's degree curriculum to students who hold, or are enrolled in technical or business-related associate's degrees. Students take common sustainability and business core courses, and specialize in one of three tracks: Green Energy; Green Buildings; or Green Sites. The SDT program is scheduled to accept students for Fall 2007 enrollment, pending approval. The links listed below provide more information about this new program. Please contact any program faculty member for more information about the program and admission!

SDT DRAFT Curriculum Maps

A total of six maps are presented here. Choose the one that is most appropriate for your associate's degree:

Please note that these curriculum maps are still considered drafts and are subject to change, particularly of the semester in which each course will be offered. It is likely that one less elective will be required for all students, so the credit load should drop. Also, for the Green Sites track MAT-1221, Finite Math, will probably be an alternative to MAT-1420, Tech Math.
